The Technician's arrival was on time and the work performed exceeded my expectations on repairing the performance of my garage doors. The friendliness and input of the Tech kept me in the know of what the problems were. The Safety Checks of the doors were helpful in letting me know what to expect in the future. The technician refused to do anything to address my problem, because I hadn't bought the expensive opener he recommended last year. I called some one else who made a slight adjustment to the reversing sensors, which solved the problem. Needless to say I will never call Precision again.

We could not open our garage door, with both cars trapped in side. I called at 9:00 AM and technician arrived just before 10:00AM and had everything fixed by noon. He (Agnius Payne) could not have been anymore pleasant or efficient. I will unhesitatingly recommend Precision to our friends and neighbors.

i just paid $749 for a new spring system. no opener, no door, just springs. i am not at all happy. i don't mind you making a profit but... no referrals from me.

The repair man was very helpful. He took the time to educate me on important areas of the basic door operation and what to keep an eye on as time goes by. Nothing was broken but he did tighten the springs which really made the door not only quieter but also better balanced.

Came out on Memorial Day to fix our broken door. :) Repairmen was professional, courteous, and finished the repairs sooner than estimated. We will be calling you again in the future for any other issues or when we need a new door or opener. Strongly recommend.
