My appointment was at 12:00. The Tech called at 1:10 said he was 20 minutes away. Showed up at 1:30. Never said anything about being an hour and a half late. First thing said was lets go look at the door. I asked a few questions but the answers I got felt like it was a bother to him. The price was cheaper then another company but I will more then likely going to spend the extra $200.00 to the company on time and answered all my questions.

We had an emergency. Springs broke with one car in the garage and selected Precision using the web. Josh came and gave us options which we decided to accept and are very pleased with that decision. In about 1 hour he had done a major installation of springs and other replacement parts, aligned the door and fixed our problem. Josh was very through and very easy to work with. We would strongly recommend Precision to others.

I bought a Porsche Boxster and tried to sync the built in garage door opener button with the garage opener console in my garage. In the process of syncing, not only was I not successful in syncing the Boxster, but I disabled the door opener on my other two cars. I called Precision about 9:30 in the morning. The very polite telephone operator said a technician would be at my house between noon and 2 PM that day. Around 11 AM Scott, the Precision technician, called to say he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early. He arrived around 11:30 and had the built in car remote synced to the garage door console in about 2 minutes. Scott definitely knew what he was doing and he got the job done professionally and quickly.

Of course our garage door broke late on a Friday! We called several options which were not available to service residential accounts on the weekend. I called Precision and they had several open appointments and their price was better too. The young gentleman whose name i received with the call, called prior & showed on time. He immediately assessed our problem, gave me two pricing options and was done in 30 minutes and cleaned up too!! Great.

Josh Brown called before he came and was very polite and professional. He explained various options and was clear in what would be done and the time it would take. Following the installation, he had me test each aspect of the new door opener in regular performance and in an emergency. I was grateful for his professional, timely attention to our concerns and ability to fix our door. The previous owner used Precision and I had the business card from their experience. They recommended this business.

The service was quick and appropriate. Communication about the safety certificate could have been better. The operator showed me that the door passed the pressure/rebound test in person, but marked it as failed on the safety certificate. Why was I misled?

Great service. My call was handled professionall and within two hours a technician was at our door. Again very professional analysis of the problem and a quality remedy. He identified possible future problems with our 20 + years old doors and suggested reasonable and affordable preventative maintenance that we might consider in the next year. We have had nothing but top service from them since we discovered Precision Door several years ago.
