I was given a quote for close to 8 hundred and I fixed it with 20 dollars in parts, had to do it myself but... Very strange you do not know about a coupler that prevents motors from damage, it's on youtube. Still cost me 80 bucks for 15 minutes of your cheating ways, thanks for nothing.

After the door opener failed on Saturday...checked with online HomeRepair service approx. noontime. They recommended Precision along with 2 other nearby service sources. Within minutes, Precision staff called to offer their service ...and believe it or not, had a repairman available at 4PM (after calling me, he actually arrived shortly after 2 PM). He determined the problem without difficulty--1/2 HP Liftmaster circuit board failure, replaced with new board, and lubricated/checked garage doors. The service was accomplished quickly and professionally. I readily recommend Precision.
