0 stars. What a total scam. They advertise a $149 tune-up with new rollers. Then, when the tech shows up, he says there's a $100 service charge plus gas and miscellaneous supplies for a total $289. The person I booked with never mentioned any of this. She only said the tech would call 20 minutes before they arrived. STAY AWAY

This was so easy from the start. I was able to book an appointment online the evening our garage door broke and I can't tell you how that is a game changer. I hate having to call and set an appointment, so I was happy to begin with! Scotty Johnson called and let me know his ETA, then showed up right when he said. He was able to assess and get us fixed up in an hour. He was friendly and very helpful. I can't say enough good things. I have already told friends about Precision and will continue to do so. We are extremely happy with our service.

Precision Garage Door Service is A1. Their Tec, Garret Yeager, was very detailed in his inspection explaining in simple terms of the problem. He gave us different options to choose and we decided on a new Lift Master unit. I 100% recommend this company for any of your garage door needs.

Technician was out within 1 days of our broken spring. Spring was under warranty and absolutely free . Door works great One thing to note to everyone. Make sure to have your receipt from the door installation or last repair . Would have cost $1,000 if I didn’t have it .

My family and I are very grateful for the service to our garage door spring/cable system. I called about our problem and a technician was scheduled for the next day! Scotty Johnson was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the products and service. I was offered a variety of different options to choose from in terms of the repairs and the benefits to each one. Once we made our decision, Scotty got right to work. He was efficient, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. The work was performed on a very old door in freezing temperatures, and was done within no time. I called Precision Garage Door to schedule an appointment to repair my door after the spring failed late in the evening. The technician, John Patton, called the next day prior to the scheduled appointment to give me a heads-up on his arrival. Arriving as scheduled he went straight to work assessing the situation and making recommendations regarding repairs. Once we settled on a plan of action, John got to work and completed the tasks in a neat and orderly manner. The door works perfectly now and is under warranty should anything happen going forward. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

Needed some maintenance/repair on my garage door. Andy and Alfredo from Precision Garage Doors came out the next morning after my phone call. They were both very pleasant and professional. They explained two problems. One needed to be replaced. The other could wait but needed to be replaced soon. There was no pressure which is part of the reason I opted to get all repairs done at once. One of the springs on our garage door snapped into and my car was trapped inside! When searching for someone to repair it, I noticed that Precision Garage Door Service offered a military discount. They sent a fantastic young man, Evan, to repair it. He was very nice and friendly. He explained everything he needed to do as well as the maintenance I should do in the future Now my garage door is so quite compared to before as the rollers needed to be replaced as well.
