A trusted friend referred us to Precision after using them for a garage door repair/install. The service we received was simply exceptional. Greg came out and took the time to explain the various components of the door and opener and how they all functioned together. He then did a thorough inspection and provided us with expert advice and installation of a new spring. We were so impressed with Greg, his knowledge, and service. Needed some maintenance/repair on my garage door. Andy and Alfredo from Precision Garage Doors came out the next morning after my phone call. They were both very pleasant and professional. They explained two problems. One needed to be replaced. The other could wait but needed to be replaced soon. There was no pressure which is part of the reason I opted to get all repairs done at once. Great guys working for a great company. I would definitely recommend.

One of the springs on our garage door snapped into and my car was trapped inside! When searching for someone to repair it, I noticed that Precision Garage Door Service offered a military discount. They sent a fantastic young man, Evan, to repair it. He was very nice and friendly. He explained everything he needed to do as well as the maintenance I should do in the future Now my garage door is so quite compared to before as the rollers needed to be replaced as well.
