I chose Precision Door Service after seeing an ad on tv and then googling the reviews and the BBB rating. I was very impressed with the same day promptness. The technician who responded was named Will. He was very courteous and professional in checking my garage door and explaining the problems to me. Will did an excellent job in replacing the motor and other parts needed to fix my garage as well as explaining the function of the new parts installed. I am completely satisfied with his work.
