Found company online as we were having issues with our original openers (25+yrs). Started with utilizing the online chat feature and within 2 business days we had Technician at the house. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Anthoney help devised plan that worked for us and inside of 2 1/2 hours he was done installing new openers. The next step will be to pick out the doors we want and have Precision install. Had pricing before Anthony left the house. All-in-all, great experience!!

The workers who came to repair my garage door opener were very pleasant. I received an appointment reminder text the day before and a call and text to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived, they gave me an estimate for the repair I needed, but also inspected the entire mechanism and offered a quote for recommended additional repairs. Great service! This company is extremely responsive and doesn't make you wait weeks for service. I had a serious problem with my opener/door, and they came next day. The issue wasn't cheap to resolve, but that's likely due to the previous homeowner cutting corners. A new opener with wifi was installed quickly and I love it! That was a few months ago and the opener has been great since. Recently the chain started to make some noise when opening, so I sprayed it and everything else but still the noise persisted. I placed a call and was given an appointment for the next day. A technician quickly diagnosed and addressed my issue, free of charge, and I continue to be pleased with these guys. We needed a new garage door opener installation, and this happened of course on a Friday and also 4th of July weekend. I went to google and found Precision Garage door. It said they do 24/7-hour service and i was very happy to see that. I made an appointment for Monday and the service person Steve showed up around 8:30 am. Precision Overhead Garage door has been amazing. Anthony F just spent 2 hours fixing my garage door. He tweaked the door for over an hour to get it to seal on the bottom and make sure it had taught cables and was balanced. This repair was covered under warranty b/c I had Precision do the previous repair and used the parts with the best warranty. Yes it was more upfront but it just paid for itself.
