Trustworthy is the word I would use to describe this company. I had an issue with my garage door that I worried might cost me hundreds or even thousands of dollars. The tech was here 10 minutes total and my bill was $0.00. Safe to say they have a customer in me for life.

Shane was our service tech and was fantastic. He was professional, explained everything very thoroughly, and he went over multiple options. The garage door opener was 100 percent perfect after he completed the work. Overall from the initial phone call, to the pre service call, to the email's and text messages definitely a top notch service. Although I am hoping not to need them any time soon, I would use this company again. Highly recommend Shane and Precision Garage Door for your garage door needs.

Precision Garage Door was recommended by my neighbor.I chose them because of there quick response and being a local vendor business in my area. They use the latest technology for setting up appointments and relaying information for availability of times and reminders on when they are coming. The technician, David Gomez, met my expectations immediately upon arrival. He was respectful, mild mannered and a real gentleman during the entire process. David listened to the problems and checked in detail what was happening and what the recommendations were going to be for the customer to be completely satisfied. I was immediately impressed with his expertise. David’s work ethic and neatness went beyond my expectations of what to expect. Found Precision through a random internet search and found the process of booking an appointment super easy. Feb 7 2024 Hello, All can say is the service is fabulous! Isaac came right on time, and did complete over hall of all the old stuff we had here. He is neat, clean, quiet and really took the time to do everything he said he would do. When he finished the whole garage was clean!! then he walked me through all the new things he installed. My biggest fear was that I could not get out of this garage in case of another power outage. I could never pull the cord to unlock the unit in order to raise the door. Then the key pad went out, so no one could even get in!! Isaac fixed it all! Now I have the confidence to come and go, and my kids can get into the house in case of an emergency. So thank you, thank you, thank you, and keep sending out those promos in the mail! they work! Isaac and all the work he did is worth every penny. Keep Isaac he`s the best! Stay well Vicky
