Our service rep Anthony Cellucci was very professional and took time to go over all the options for the garage door opener. He was very neat and cleaned up after he finished installing the garage door opener. He took time to set up the garage door opener remotes and he even reset my car remote button. This is the second time I have used Precision in 3 1/2 months. Both times I was amazed by how quickly I could get an appointment and how both times they quickly identified the problem. The first time I called them because our garage door would not open due to broken springs. Anthony Celluci came out and immediately assessed the problem and repaired it on the spot. This week was a whole other issue and this time it was Josh Danser who assessed the problem immediately and repaired it. Both of them and their assistants were friendly, mannerly, professional, competent and great representatives of this company.

They say dogs are an excellent judge of people. Well, if that is true then our installer Jeremy is great person, but also from our experience and excellent installer. Not only was he professional and did a great job, but my dog loved him. We were replacing 2 older garage doors that the previous owner probably had installed over 30 yrs ago. They had retrofitted a loft above one of the doors, which I thought may cause some issues. Jeremy was able to utilize the zero clearance rollers and also add the safety stops that may not have been install when the home was built. I would highly recommend Jeremy and Precision Garage Doors.
