They originally over 20 yrs ago installed our openers and also over the years have replaced pullies and springs. I have to say that Brian came today and he was very efficient and explained we could do the springs for both doors at another time, but he was here and such a nice guy i had him do it while he was here . I would highly recommend you to anyone i know and especially Brian.

We used Precision Door to replace a spring that came disconnected. And they did do a good job but here's the thing, they charged us $812 for the job: $298 for a pair of springs, $299 for the cable, $200 for 4 pulleys. This is a 300% markup Be more transparent with your pricing model. I don't mind paying for labor. I do mind being lied to

With less than 24 hours to go on closing on my rental property, the garage door malfunctioned. I immediately called Precision and spoke with Colleen in customer service. I explained to her that I needed an emergency repair otherwise I would have to delay the closing. Colleen was a lifesaver! Despite it being late in the day, she was able to dispatch a technician to my home. Charles, the technician, promptly arrived and was able to repair the garage door. Charles was friendly, professional and efficient. Precision Garage Doors is a very well run company with fantastic employees who truly value the needs of its customer. We had our new garage door installed today, and we couldn't be happier with the results! Tony our installer was polite, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job of installing and setting up the new door. He took pride in showing me how he set up the door springs to allow for an easy two-finger lift, and took the time to make sure the door sealed properly when closed. The door looks beautiful and gives the house a whole new look. I'll definitely recommend you folks to my friends if they need work done on their garage doors!!!
