An outstanding and very professional business who responded quickly to our need to replace the bottom panel in one of our garage doors. The estimator was very courteous, very thorough, and provided us with a complete estimate on the spot. The new door panel and new rollers we installed by a very professional technician in less than an hour, and the workmanship was outstanding. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work performed on their garage doors. We are very happy customers.

Precision Garage door company went above and beyond. They answered all my questions and fixed my phantom door open. Searched googled for a good company. Found this and another I was going to choose. I contacted Precision through email and they were able to setup an appt extremely quickly. I'm very picky. I'm knowledgeable about these openers and I'll tell you, don't look anywhere else. Go with this company and be done with your search. Justin was my technician. We had a nice long chat about what I wanted and what my issues were. I knew my opener was outdated but still worked great. After chatting I knew he was knowledgeable and the entire experience was great. Justin is knowledgeable, VERY professional, respectful, patient, communication was great, nice, quick worker and if I owned this business I'd be very happy to have him. No bullshit, no above and beyond things to add up his quote that I didn't need. I'm extremely happy. Before leaving he explained everything. The wall mounts are MUCH quieter than my previous. A+ service!!! Now I have two new wall mounts, new key pads with updated technology and LED overhead lights!!

From soup to nuts my experience with Precision Garage Door was flawless. I found them on the Internet and was skeptical that there was an impersonal entity just trolling for business. I was so surprised when they immediately contacted me and I discovered they had local coverage for their brand. Within days I has an onsite estimate conducted. Everything was explained clearly to me with advice given for approaching my insurance company. Six weeks later the garage door was delivered and the technician expertly installed it and was most courteous. I highly recommend Presion Garage Door!

Justin from Precision Garage Door came out to fix my garage door. The spring had broken off the cable and I couldn't use the door. I made an appointment on a Friday and he came out just 3 days later on Monday afternoon to fix it! I was very happy with the service and how promptly they responded. Justin was courteous and knowledgeable. I opted to have new rollers and cables installed as well since the ones I had were very old. Justin had everything done in less than an hour and it's working great. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door again and would recommend them to anyone needing their garage door repaired. The girl on the phone was great. She set a visit for the next day. The tech who came was really nice - he did not laugh with me when I learned that I had tripped the power by using a second plug into the wall. He explained that the operator should have its own plug. Your team member was excellent and super nice. Nothing wrong with him at all. However, I’ll be honest. I should’ve said no when I heard the price but, I needed this fixed. I’ve called around to multiple other garage door repair shops and they said I had the wool pulled over my eyes by your team. Highly disappointed in your pricing/sales model. $720 for 2 springs and 2 pulleys replaced in 15 minutes.

Precision Garage Door came out on 9/17 and replaced a spring for us in our oversized garage door. They came out quickly and fixed quickly. Tech was very polite and helpful. Called today 10/16 because door was very loud and thought maybe we need to put another spring on the large door and they sent a tech out and he was here 5 minutes, greased the door and said you are all set. Asked if I would be charged a service call and Tech said no you are all set! Would definetly call again! Very rare you find a company that doesnt charge a service call or try to sell you on something you dont need. Would highly recommend

Lloyd came out to replace my old motor. He was able to install it even though it was a different drive system (screw drive changed to belt). Lloyd setup the motor, wall button, panel and car buttons. He was on time and informative. In fact I was able to schedule online and they were able to come out within 24 hours. This is my second time using precision door and I have found them to be reliable.

Today I had a technician come to my house , I was very impressed how fast I was able to get some one here. His name was Lloyd Anderson, super nice guy very knowledgeable for sure . He replaced my old garage door motor system and installed a brand new system in like 40 minutes flat. I highly recommended this service company there fantastic.
