Your team member was excellent and super nice. Nothing wrong with him at all. However, I’ll be honest. I should’ve said no when I heard the price but, I needed this fixed. I’ve called around to multiple other garage door repair shops and they said I had the wool pulled over my eyes by your team. Highly disappointed in your pricing/sales model. $720 for 2 springs and 2 pulleys replaced in 15 minutes.

Precision Garage Door came out on 9/17 and replaced a spring for us in our oversized garage door. They came out quickly and fixed quickly. Tech was very polite and helpful. Called today 10/16 because door was very loud and thought maybe we need to put another spring on the large door and they sent a tech out and he was here 5 minutes, greased the door and said you are all set. Asked if I would be charged a service call and Tech said no you are all set! Would definetly call again! Very rare you find a company that doesnt charge a service call or try to sell you on something you dont need. Would highly recommend

Lloyd came out to replace my old motor. He was able to install it even though it was a different drive system (screw drive changed to belt). Lloyd setup the motor, wall button, panel and car buttons. He was on time and informative. In fact I was able to schedule online and they were able to come out within 24 hours. This is my second time using precision door and I have found them to be reliable.

Fantastic, quick response! Came same day as the service was requested. All the parts that were needed were in the truck. Spent 2 hrs repairing and replacing parts for our garage door opener, etc. Very pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Today I had a technician come to my house , I was very impressed how fast I was able to get some one here. His name was Lloyd Anderson, super nice guy very knowledgeable for sure . He replaced my old garage door motor system and installed a brand new system in like 40 minutes flat. I highly recommended this service company there fantastic.

I picked "Precision Garage Door" Service because of word of mouth. A friend recommended this company and Im very happy that I took the recommendation. The 1st tech that came to repair our door was professional and transparent. Our Garage doors where very old and needed a lot of repair to function safely. It was in our best interest to replace the doors instead of repair them. I didn't feel that I was being up sale or pressured moving from repair to replacement. Very happy with with Precision Garage Door Service. Technician arrived promptly, was very courteous and friendly. He looked at my problem and gave me a choice of two repair options and estimates. He did the work quickly, was very neat, and everything works perfectly. We had one broken spring, but given that it's a 3 stall garage, with 20 year old original springs, we had him change all the springs and pulleys. Definitely recommend.
