We were having issues with our garage door openers shortly after returning home from a vacation. We called Precision and they came out within a few hours. The technician, Matt, was extremely helpful and installed a new garage door opener system for us right there on the spot. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and very professional. My garage door would not go down completely. I have had service with Precision before. The tech arrived and discovered a dirty sensor. He cleaned it and the door works fine. The tech was scheduled for Saturday and could not make it. He showed on Sunday as promised and did not charge me anything. Wow, thank you Precision, we will definitely use your services again if needed.

My sister was needing some regular service on her opener. Ricky was the technician and he explained everything to me and my sister. She decided to get a new opener. Ricky was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable with the product he installed. It did not take very long to get it done and it was exactly what we expected it to be. There was no mess to clean up and he took the old opener away. A-1 service. We give a strong 10 out of 1-10 with ten being the best and certainly would recommend you to others. Thank You Very Much

We actually had called another company who couldn’t get out to look at the door until the next day and they charge an $85 fee to simply come look at the door to diagnose the problem. With Precision Door, a representative answered quickly, they had a technician at my house within an hour without charging a fee to come diagnose the problem (even on a Sunday), and the door was fixed within 30 minutes. With high winds and hail forecasted later in the evening, we were extremely appreciative of their prompt service and ability to fix the problem right away so we could get our cars inside before the storm. We highly recommend Precision Door!

I made a big mistake and ruined my once fully functioning garage door to a garage door that wasn't even securing my home (my garage door was completely off the hinges and NOT securing my home at all)! They were able to come see me immediately that morning, and gave me a reasonable estimate. After agreeing to purchase, they fixed my broken door to at least be secured shut. It was safely secured until they where able to come back and replace it with a new one. The installers came in and absolutely dominated the install! I was suppose to have a certain space open for them to install that I wasn't aware off but they were good about it and let me move what was need for them to complete their job! I appreciate them helping me in a very stressful moment!

A very quick response to my inquiry, which I submitted on a Sunday evening. Debbie offered to send a tech out first thing Monday morning, but I opted for the next day. The tech, Matt, was on time, very friendly, and explained what was going in with my garage door. He replaced the parts I asked him to, replace, balanced the door, and reprogrammed the opener in about 2 hours. He also let me know that even though some parts were still functioning OK, they would need further maintenance or replacement.
