Franky Au was our repairman today. The last time we had service on our garage door was in January of 2016...and Mr. Au was our repairman that day. It was nice to see a familiar face!! Mr. Au arrived on time and took care of the problem in short order. Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Precision is a great company and I highly recommend them.

My garage door opener unexpectedly stopped working two days before the July 4th holiday weekend. Since we had used Precision previously (11 years ago) I called them. The phone was promptly answered by a pleasant sounding individual. She was able to access our previous repair record and confirmed demographic data. She offered same day service but scheduled me for the following morning at my request. Rick, the technician appeared at our house on time the next morning. He reviewed the situation and indicated the overhead opener needed replacement. He explained what that included and the cost. Within 90 minutes, the job was completed. He showed me how to update the password on key pad and let me change it a couple of times just to make sure I was confident that I could do it. He than removed all the old opener pieces/ packaging of the new opener and provided me with a printed copy of the services. Rick was professional, efficient, pleasant and patient. I would definitely use the company again as well as recommend them to others.
