joel was right on time and called first. he asked a few questions and saved a trip back to the shop for the braces I might need. he inspected the door and discovered two cracked panels. he recommended a new door and expertly explained all my options. he gave me an estimate right away and secured my door till my new one could be installed. very knowledgeable and professional. I have always been pleased with the service level at precision.

Our technician was Shawn Roderick. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and personable repair technician. Shawn gave my garage door a thorough inspection prior to performing any work, along with options for various repair suggestions. In the interest of learning more about how things work, I watched Shawn while he made the repairs. He explained to me, step by step, what he was doing and why he was doing it. I don't know if Shawn currently trains new technicians, but he'd definitely be an asset to the training department, if he isn't already doing so. I will certainly recommend Shawn and Precision to anyone who asks. Thanks again for a speedy repair and pleasant conversation.
