Precision Garage Door Service is an outstanding company. My old garage door opener met its demise late one day. I called the company and a technician was at my door the next morning arriving 30 minutes before the schedule time. Jake Jordan, my technician, contacted me to make sure it was okay to arrive early. Jake was fantastic to work with. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and exceedingly helpful. After assessing the problem with my garage door he carefully explained my alternatives. We chose to have our garage door replaced along with many of the components that are vital for the operation of the door. After installing the door Jake showed me the different things that he had done during the installation and then show me features of our new unit. Again, he was tremendous to work with. We did have one minor issue. Basically our new remotes were not compatible with our other (older) garage door opener. We discovered this after the company had closed. The next morning an appointment was made for 10:00 -12:00 time frame. Jake arrived at 10:15 and took care of the minor issues in short order. We couldn’t be happier! This level of customer service exceeds all expectations.

I called Precision because they are a local company with a good rating. They had Josey out to my house in a couple of hours. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. A spring had broken on my garage door. I called Precision Garage Door this morning and they were able to send a technician this afternoon to fix it, which was unbelievable since most companies do not work on Saturdays. Grant Barr was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He assessed the situation, went over my options and had my door fixed within an hour! I’m extremely pleased with their customer service and efficiency. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends.

I have had 2 other companies put a band-aid on the problem. Brendon pointed out the cause with a fix but went beyond to suggest a seven year warranty fix to make a very old not so great garage door more stable. I normally hate to be upsold but this was an option that I couldn't refuse and they provided no interest financing. I'm so relieved to have this fixed. Thanks Brendon

Our garage door was old and quit working on Thursday night. We made an appointment for the next day. They came out and did an assessment on our entire system and found other issues that were in need of repair to make the door safe. They took time to explain the issues and go over cost estimates. They installed a new opener that same day so we could have a working door over the weekend and are coming back to finish the remaining safety issues on Monday. I highly recommend them.

Thank you Jake and, again, to all the installers at Precision. I was unhappy with the bottom seal first time around. I called and asked if it could be improved. Dan, the owner, made a trip out to see what could be done. "I want you to be 100% happy, here's the options". I was amazed at the understanding and demeanor of these guys, as well as the proffesionalism. I will never call anyone else.

We purchased our home in Branson last summer, and were not satisfied with the color of our garage doors. I discover the broken spring at 5am, car stuck in the garage. Distraught, called the 24hr number. appt scheduled same day between 9-11 Jake called at 8:45 saying his 15 min out do I need to pick you up any coffee. (Talk about customer service :) ) I decline, Jake arrives at 9am onetime. Helps gets my wife's car out of the garage. After the inspection, both springs and weather stripping replaced. Very impressed with the speed of their service. I called and got a next day quote on a new door system. Pricing was reasonable and I didn’t feel like the technician tried to oversell the product. There was no pressure and he worked with me to meet my needs and budget. Technician communicated delays due to weather and was apologetic they had to delay installation by one day due to an ice storm. There was an old panel hanging on my garage wall (extra material) was forgotten and the technician came back after install was complete to pick it up. I felt like the technician went above what would normally be expected. Highly recommend the company!
