Precision Garage Door Service is outstanding! I called for service and had a Technician (Grant Barr) come the next day at 8am. Grant was extremely professional, polite and explained in detail exactly what repairs I needed and what the cost would be after a very detailed inspection. Then he immediately started the repairs while I sat in my chair in the garage drinking my morning coffee. He continued to work and explain what he was doing. I really enjoyed our conversations. Grant is a great communicator and makes sure what he does works properly. Precision Garage Door Service is who I will use in the future. Great customer service!

everything that was discussed was explained and understood. All my questions were answered and the job exceeded my expectations. The door was put on securely with extra support and stability including making the door higher by 3" and having it close completely. Due to the foundation shifting it was difficult for me to think it would be possible to have it close completely. Brendan and his workers were very polite & was a great person to do business with. Highly recommend to anyone that is unsure of how a garage door is put in. These guys were amazing and nice!

Josey came out Memorial Day and diagnosed my problem. Both springs were broke and my opener was shot. My door had seen better days as well. He gave me several options to choose from to fix it. So I opted for the whole package, new door, new opener and new springs, etc, etc. He was very knowledgeable. He and his partner came and installed everything and it is absolutely perfect. They were both so nice and professional. He got all my fancy stuff set up for me too. From my car to my phone. I appreciate that a lot! Thanks a bunch Josey and partner (can't remember his name) ???? Jake is the best. Our house had a power surge due to lightning and it fried a lot of important things in our home - including our garage door motor that has been there for 27 years (Yet this happens in our second year of homeownership). Jake was super personable while at the house and even offered to pick us up some coffee when he called and said he was on the way. He was super informative and kind to both my husband and I. I didn't even want to price shop because we both liked Jake so much and trusted him. Now, I have a pretty new garage motor that should work for a long time. Thank you Jake, we appreciate you!!

Precision Garage Door Service is an outstanding company. My old garage door opener met its demise late one day. I called the company and a technician was at my door the next morning arriving 30 minutes before the schedule time. Jake Jordan, my technician, contacted me to make sure it was okay to arrive early. Jake was fantastic to work with. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and exceedingly helpful. After assessing the problem with my garage door he carefully explained my alternatives. We chose to have our garage door replaced along with many of the components that are vital for the operation of the door. After installing the door Jake showed me the different things that he had done during the installation and then show me features of our new unit. Again, he was tremendous to work with. We did have one minor issue. Basically our new remotes were not compatible with our other (older) garage door opener. We discovered this after the company had closed. The next morning an appointment was made for 10:00 -12:00 time frame. Jake arrived at 10:15 and took care of the minor issues in short order. We couldn’t be happier! This level of customer service exceeds all expectations.

A spring had broken on my garage door. I called Precision Garage Door this morning and they were able to send a technician this afternoon to fix it, which was unbelievable since most companies do not work on Saturdays. Grant Barr was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He assessed the situation, went over my options and had my door fixed within an hour! I’m extremely pleased with their customer service and efficiency. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends.

I have had 2 other companies put a band-aid on the problem. Brendon pointed out the cause with a fix but went beyond to suggest a seven year warranty fix to make a very old not so great garage door more stable. I normally hate to be upsold but this was an option that I couldn't refuse and they provided no interest financing. I'm so relieved to have this fixed. Thanks Brendon

Our garage door was old and quit working on Thursday night. We made an appointment for the next day. They came out and did an assessment on our entire system and found other issues that were in need of repair to make the door safe. They took time to explain the issues and go over cost estimates. They installed a new opener that same day so we could have a working door over the weekend and are coming back to finish the remaining safety issues on Monday. I highly recommend them.
