Selected Precision Garage Door based on web search and the ability for quick service on broken torsion spring. Tech that performed repairs was Jameson Leach. He explained what repairs were needed. Also indicated frayed cable and corrosion on bottom rollers and brackets. Had the cable and metal bottom rollers and brackets replaced. He also cleaned the rails and performed an overall check of the opener motor and also provided an estimate for weather strip replacement on bottom door panel. Very satisfied

My overall experience was great, from the initial meeting with Chris Sleeper to the installation of the new garage doors with Justin and Mark. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. Waited three weeks had to call them on updates on my garage door. When I called they told me the door was on the truck. Which that was 6/11 asked when can be put in asap, she told me they would have to unload it from the truck they would look it over to make sure the door is not damaged and all the parts are there with the door. She would give me a call back Wednesday and it could be install it on Friday 15 didn’t get a call. Again had to call them on Monday 17th to find out about my garage door. Lady told me it on the truck and it would get delivered to them tomorrow. This company sucks at communication. I would never recommend them to my friends or family. I’m ready to do with someone else.

Your sales and installation team were top-notch indeed! Art, in sales, spent sufficient time and gave me all the information needed to make a confident and informed choice. The installation crew of Mitch and Mark made a perfect installation, then took time to show us all of the features of the new system, including camera, interior and exterior keypads, vehicle remotes and the "My Q" app for the LiftMaster belt drive opener unit. They demonstrated periodic maintenance and answered all ensuing questions. Great team! We could not be more pleased, and will certainly not hesitate to recommend your company to any and all.
