We chose Precision by chance but were happy that we did. Our garage door crumbled one day, and they were able to send a technician to our home the following day by 8AM due to our door being stuck open about a foot. Our technician, Chuck, was prompt, kind, calm and explained everything with ease. He had a big job at our house and was able to complete in just over an hour. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Your repair did not work! Later in the evening I went out for supper. The door opened just fine, but when I tried to close it, it did the bounce back open. I tried it a few more times with the same result. So I pulled the red handle and closed the door manually. When I returned from the restaurant it was the same failure. I spent over a hundred bucks and am no better off. What can we do now? I hope you have a better fix,
