Rich Netto came out to my house to assess the problem with my garage door. He explained thoroughly the problem and what it would cost to fix the door, including parts and labor. He was there just a short time and got the door working perfectly! He stayed as I tried the door a couple times to verify it's effectiveness and all was well! Great installation job, a little disappointed that they didn’t come with either remote starters or new ones on the wall. I have 2 old ones (they look like doorbells one is very iffy. Works when it wants to. Love the doors, wish I had stable door openers.

Of the companies listed Precision said live operator would answer. They did. Tech Richard Netto called me. There was a big snow storm on the original service date. He called me again and we agreed on a service date and time. He called that morning, showed up promptly, explained what was needed, did the job. He had all the needed parts on hand. I am very happy with the results. My garage door now runs smoothly and quietly.

After reading all the positive Google reviews, I called Precision Door to repair our garage door. We had been having problems in the cold weather with the door not going down. I called and they were able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours. The contractor that came out, Ron, knew what the problem was immediately and had the materials in his truck to make the repair. Within 15 min the job was done with a year warranty included. This is one of the most professional and courteous companies I have ever worked with and I highly recommend them.

My garage door was in dire need of some extensive repair rendering my garage door opener useless but Rich from Precision Door took care of all of the issues (even putting a battery in my remote which I had forgotten to check...) Wound up getting an 'overhaul' which involved replacing many of the parts such as rollers, springs, cables, etc.....but now my door is operating as smooth as butter! I was not able to be at home at the time of the service but Rich called me and explained everything to me and once I approved the work it was done in no time flat! Love not having to open my door manually anymore. Would definitely recommend Precision Door as I am a very satisfied customer.

Technician (nice guy) did not have knowledge of Genie door openers so could only recommend replacing unit $6-800. I then read the manual and fixed it myself. Cost me $130 to learn a lesson - read the manual before calling for help. Peter
