The work done on 12/12/24 for the bottom door water seal and the exterior trim on my garage door is unacceptable. The technician did a horrible job and I need someone to come out and redress and correct the installation. My door looks worse than it did, prior to the technician coming to do the installation.

Been needing a garage door installed over previous carport and precision garage came right out and got me a quote and had materials in no time. The technician who came out was Sean Moore and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely a good person. My home is older and had a metal plate where they needed to drill which prevented the job from being complete and Sean took the time to show me what was going on and explain all of our options. Even though the job was not able to get done that same day I do appreciate the time Sean took to explain everything to me and show me everything that needed to be done. The service was fantastic and I highly recommend this company. They are very professional and know how to do the job right. Thank you precision and thank you Sean Moore.

I had a spring snap on my garage door. Precision Garage Door Service sent out to me Brad Buettner and Gabriel Norton came out to impact my issue. Turns out my door was worse off than I ever figured. It was determined that my only option was to install a new door. Sean Moore came out and installed my new door. He did a wonderful job and my wife and I are very happy with the new door.

I cannot say enough about how great this company is. From scheduling to get an estimate, to the personal text messages that they send to introduce the team members that will be visiting your home, to getting multiple quote options sent to your email before they leave your home to the installation. Everything is 100% as it should be. Every employee that I interacted with was so nice and helpful. Shawn our installer was amazing! Kinda sad we don’t have any more areas to put garage doors to work with them again. We recommend them 100 times over!
