I am sorry I do not remember names but the repair mechanic was excellent. We were told to expect him between 12 and 4 and he called shortly after 12 and arrived within 5 minutes. He quickly got to work and finished in an hour. Everything was cleaned up and he showed me all he did, explaining everything. He was excellent and I am very thankful I called Precision. Thank you! We would be very happy to recommend your company and if needed will call you again.

After installing new garage door I noticed that the door would not go up or come down after directing it too. It would not come completely down. I called your company and reported it. Your company scheduled someone to address the problem. However, that same day the fittings that secured the door gave way and the door collapsed. I could not manually raise it. My main concern was getting my car out because I had to work the next day. I called your company and advised your representative about what had happened. I told her I needed to get my car out because I had to work the next day. After placing me on hold she returned and apologized but said there was no one available to help me-no one to at least raise the door so that I could get my car out. Your repairman/technician arrived Friday afternoon as scheduled and after seeing the problem tried to fix it but couldn't. After giving more apologies I was told that no one would be available to fix the problem until Monday. He did raise the door and free my car. Monday the repairman/technician came and worked to fix the problem. Time will tell if he was successful.

Very disappointed with my service today. O had my code on my garage door changed. They didn't program my controller call them back was told Jason was coming back out today to correct the problem talking with Jason he said he wasn't he had something to do I told him it wasn't my fault he didn't program the controller Jason stated not my fault or problem and hung up on me. I was told another tech was coming to my house today which was a lie I received a call from scheduling the lady said I can get you in Tommy between 9am and 11am. I will be at work now I have to wait tomorrow between 4pm.and 6pm for a mistake they created.

Precision (John) installed my opener in October of 2021 and it has been great. Had an issue on 3/24/23 and called and was scheduled quickly. It’s now working great after a quick and efficient repair. Will definitely call them in the future if needed. Great people!

Precision Door did a great job start to finish! A live person answered my call last night & was very thorough/service oriented. Good use of technology as I received confirming texts/emails. They do work after hours & on weekends as our door now(1day later is fixed!) Alex, their professional technician, called & arrived just 10 minutes into the committed time window. He was very thorough, used his technology well, listened well, & explained everything on his pad. He worked diligently and was done quicker than we expected! Let me start by saying I was really overjoyed with the customer service of my repairman Jason. He called ahead of time to let me know of his approximate arrival time. He was able to immediately diagnose what was wrong with my garage door and I was beyond elated to learn it was a minor repair overall. We were able to get an appointment the next day (which was way sooner than we expected), and Cam was amazing to work with. He fixed the immediate issue with our garage door's spring, and helped us determine an issue with the opener that we had been ignoring for months, and led us to a quick resolution. My manual garage door was broken when I bought the house, and, in a very short time, it became even more broken. A cable was off and my spring was contorted so that the door was racked and would not open or close. The company was able to come and replace the cable and the spring and associated bearings, and they did it in the evening after I was home from work. I'm very thankful and grateful to my knowledgeable technician for all of his recommendations and quality services.
