My garage door broke and I was in need of a total replacement ASAP. As with many things these days, supplies are limited, and ordering something would take months. My experience w/ PDS was EXCELLENT beginning with my initial call, and warm welcome from Teresa. She got me scheduled with the sales rep, Blake, the very next morning. Blake was great - knowledgeable, friendly and had what I wanted in stock for immediate installation. Just when I thought the experience couldn't get any better, Matt the technician completely impressed me with his friendly demeanor, suggestions, and ability to work around a few minor 'quirks'. He is also extremely skilled and got my new garage door & motor installed in 4 hours, which I thought was extremely quick. Not only does the new garage door look GREAT, I feel I will be well taken care of, should any issues arise. A+ job by the entire PDS team.
