This is the 4th time I had to call Precision in the last 14 yrs for 4 different problems with my garage door and/or opener. Each time an agent was there within a day. The problems were repaired or replaced promptly. I would not hesitate to call them again should another problem arise.

I work in the construction industry and in the time were in having sub contractors to mobilize on site is taking longer and longer due to work load and short supply line. When I called Precision to come out and do a service check on my door, they were there in less than 3 hours! I highly recommend them and will use them on any Garage door installations that we need.
