The young man who fixed our garage door did a great job, very nice. Very pleased.
Steve Ray arrived promptly for the appt on the earliest end of the time period given us which we greatly appreciated!! After describing our issues and inconsistent performance of our garage door Steve said he knew exactly what it was. He readjusted the sensor on one side and it worked wonderfully! It frustrated my husband bc he had tried that to no avail so we thought we were looking at some expensive replacement part. Steve continued to assist us by spraying lubricant on the wheels which quieted the door operations more. Steve was absolutely delightful and helpful to meet with and engage in conversation. There was no charge which we supposed that was due to the fact that we had done a pricey door spring and brackets replacement just in May 2024. We so appreciated that demonstration of the VALUE OF STAYING WITH PRECISION Garage Door over anyone else and establishing a relationship with you all for years to come! Thanks Steve
