Steve Ray arrived promptly for the appt on the earliest end of the time period given us which we greatly appreciated!! After describing our issues and inconsistent performance of our garage door Steve said he knew exactly what it was. He readjusted the sensor on one side and it worked wonderfully! It frustrated my husband bc he had tried that to no avail so we thought we were looking at some expensive replacement part. Steve continued to assist us by spraying lubricant on the wheels which quieted the door operations more. Steve was absolutely delightful and helpful to meet with and engage in conversation. There was no charge which we supposed that was due to the fact that we had done a pricey door spring and brackets replacement just in May 2024. The tech is very efficient in his work. He knows what he is doing. So technically he is an expert. However in the bookkeeping end, he is very disappointing. When he finished his work, he asked for payment. I gave him the credit card and asked for a receipt. He said he will email to me. It has been five days after the installation, I still have not received the receipt. At the bookkeeping end, he is rated very poorly. If the office sees my comments, I hope they can send me the itemized receipt with warranties stated on it. Thank you.
