We had our garage doors repaired today by Adam, repairman. I called in for a repair & within 2 1/2 hrs. a person was at our door. He was very knowledgeable and very efficient in doing the repair. He gave me several options for future repairs on our doors.

Mike Koch came by in a matter of 3 hours after requesting a quote for a new garage door. Received my quote by email the next afternoon. I scheduled the install the same day and four days later my door was installed. Install was done in a timely fashion. Mike Koch was professional, knowledgeable and the cost was very competitive. Would highly recommend Precision Door and Mike Koch in the future.

I was impressed by everything! I requested an estimate today, and I was given a window of time for today already. I did not expect such fast service! The tech contacted me when he was on his way and he came right after that. He was friendly, courteous, and obviously knew what he was doing. The repair involved some parts that been rusting, and he replaced the parts that required it. He mentioned the door itself, and he gave me an estimate on replacing that, but said it wasn't necessary right now. I'd been referred by the owner of my condo, because Precision had replaced some garage doors previously when they'd been damaged a couple of years ago. I was told to expect service right away, and that did indeed happen. I would definitely contact Precision in the future if work were to be required, and I would definitely refer everyone who needed work on their garage door.

Your technician, Cody Wilkerson arrived exactly when he said he would. He called to confirm his appt. He explained the differences of products Precision Door Service offered.
