A very nice high-quality garage door! The door had all the features we ordered. Installation was good and the tech was very careful, skilled and showed great attention to detail. Though this was done thru the COVID season and the manufacturer was slow to get the door to us, Precision installed the same day they received the door! Appreciated!

Andrew was great, he let us know what he fixed and took a look at what I wondering whether it needed to be replace as well, but it only needed a bolt to be tightened. I appreciate that he didn't take unfair advantage of the situation. I recommend Precision Door any day of the week!

I have never used a garage door service before due to getting my first house 8 years ag and never having an issue with both garage doors. I started having issues with one garage doors sensors plus I really wanted to replace both bottom bumpers on both doors. Sean and Jared came out from precision and did a level 10 service job. They replaced both bumpers and one door's sensors and explained what they did as well as showed me. Definitely a good price for what you pay here in my opinion for the convenience as well. They were in and out and about less than an hour. Big thumbs up! Well definitely call again if any issue comes up.

Our spring on our door broke. Called these guys up and had an appointment for the next am. Called me when leaving their shop and were prompt. Before work started explained everything in detail and options. They replaced the spring and inspected the door , then let me know what other work would be needed. Cost was a good value. Would definitely use them again

I was impressed how quickly someone chatted with me on line to answer all question and then scheduled a same day appointment. Aaron arrived on time, tried to fix my problem, answered all questions and eventually installed a new garage door motor with a keypad on the outside. Service was extremely fast. They sent someone out the following day even though it was right after the holidays. Serviceman actually arrived earlier than expected which was a huge plus. Initially called for garage door repair ended up purchasing a brand new motor among other things. Very quick and pleasant experience hopefully won’t need any repairs any time soon but will definitely always come back to this company if I do. Highly recommended to anyone they’re 24/7 and are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
