I had a garage door spring break. I found Precision online, they had great reviews and wanted to give them a call. The operator I spoke with was professional and friendly. The technician that came the next day, Anthony, was courteous and punctual. He was knowledgeable about my problem and gave his recommendations that were fair and reasonable. I will 100% recommend Precision to anyone with garage door complications.

We used Precision after a car/garage door interaction. They came out and assessed the problem, gave us a quote, and showed up on time to make the repairs. The original quote was $1,200. The repairman was very professional and was able to add a strut to the panel, adjust the hardware and the door opener. The result was a quieter operating door and a charge of only $200 for his time. This behavior is uncommon these days and must be recognized.
