We had been talking about replacing our old wooden door for some time when the spring broke. A neighbor recommended Precision. We looked at door options on their site and called about the spring. Jack Mickelson arrived on time and quoted a repair for the spring. When I told him we had been looking at doors he was able to quickly quote options that suited our budget. He also provided us with a temporary fix for the spring while we waited for the new door to come in. The door arrived much sooner than the estimate we were given and an appointment for Travis Plemmons to install it was available in days. Like Jack, he was on time, friendly and made sure he was giving us what we were looking for. My wife and I are very pleased with the service we got from both Jack and Travis and the quality of the new door. Thank you!

We had an installation in September and Cory, representing Precision as a top installer and excellent customer experience representative, did a great install. This week in July, we had a knocking noise from one of the garage door openers. After entering a ticket on Precision’s website, within a couple of hours, Cory called me to ask about the issue. He was at our house after his current appointment and fixed the noise through silicon spray, He checked out the door’s other components to ensure all was correct. Success. Great service quickly. I called precision door to have someone come to my home to check a problem with a single car garage door that would not close properly. I was able to speak to someone quickly after I called and got an appointment scheduled for that very morning. The technician, Allen, communicated with me and let me know when he would be at my house. He was on time, professional, and polite. I was given some options as to what needed to be done and could be done, and the work was immediately done once a made a decision of what to do. Payment was easy and that was it. I highly recommend using this company - I have used them before for an unrelated problem with a different garage door and that service call also went very well. Chris is either the best technician Precision Door has or at least in the top 1/2%. He arrived at the earliest time in my window of service, greeted me warmly and listened carefully to my description of my garage door problem.
