Excellent service! I called on a Friday afternoon, spoke with a real person, who was very nice and understanding, and a technician was able to be at my home the next morning. His name was Jack. He is very knowledgeable and came prepared with all parts needed to repair any problem I had. In two hours he had everything that I needed finished. He was very courteous and gave me a couple of options to choose from. After I chose an option, he went right to work and didn't mind answering any questions I had as he was working. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing any type of garage work done.

Precision was very prompt in the scheduling process. The technician, Riley, was exceptional. He gave a complete assessment of our garage door checking out the entire system. We were having problems with closing our door with the wall controller and our remotes. He pinpointed our problem, giving us options on how to proceed. Not only was he thorough but he was also professional and friendly in his approach. I highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again if needed. I liked being able to book an appointment on line and was impressed with their follow-up and confirmation. It is refreshing to find a company who employs respectful and dedicated workers. Hard to find in this day and time. I am thankful that I chose Precision above the other choices and mostly due to previous reviews.

Making an appointment was easy on the website. I received text and phone updates about the appointment. Got called that technician was on the way, but slightly late due to terrible weather. Arrived, set to work, completely explained the inspection and estimate process. Provided 3 choices for me. Set to work and was completed with everything in less than two hours. Nathan is an excellent representative for your company. He started by examining my garage door and accessories. Afterwards he provided three quotes for me to choose from each of which would fix my issue but they varied in quality of parts, etc After deciding on the work I wanted he was very efficient in completing the job. Afterwards he went above the call of duty by helping me reprogram my garage door keypad that I had been unable to program.

I was given an appointment date and time, which was adhered. The Technician-Riley- was customer centric and very professional. He examined the system, and then provided the options to repair or replace. I made the decision to replace, I was satisfied with the professionalism and workmanship. Mr. Riley did a thorough job, and the system was tested to ascertain working order using the controls.
