I called Precision as a result being recommended by a friend. The technician performing the work was courteous and professional. Even though the garage door (Genie) is not a model sold by Precision, the technician assured me he will be able to fix it. I was charged precisely was I quoted by tech and completed within the timeframe he suggested. The tech (Ray) displayed knowledge and pride for his work and respectfully suggested that I consider some hardware that due to wear & tear may soon need replacing. He finished off his work by reprogramming two remote garage door openers. I can say that I was very satisfied with the service provider (5 stars) and I will going forward use them instead of my other service provider.
