Nathan did a nice job explaining the options available and completing the repairs. After he installed new springs and a new rail the opener did not work properly. He tried to see if there were options available to fix the existing opener before recommending a replacement. Because the old opener needed a new electronic board I decided to replace the opener. After installation Nathan was sure that the new remote, Wi-Fi access and car opener option also worked correctly. Nice job and I'm pleased with the service and new products.

After backing into my garage door I thought all the tracks were out of alignment. I could open the door by hand after disconnecting the opener. I call Precision and got a same day appointment. The service man, Jake, looked over my garage door and advised me that it was the opener not the track. However, the door is over 17 years old and I knew several parts were most likely worn and may soon need replacing. Jake gave me optional pricing to upgrade various parts and another to do all moving parts along with a new opener. I went for the total package with the best opener. It took less than two and a half hours to complete the whole job. This was done on the same day right after the quote. GREAT COMPANY

He is very personable & is a highly skilled technician. He also explained the kind of problems I may incur in the near future. Well what can I say, was I happy to spend over $600+ dollars for a door overhaul no!!! But, they came highly rated by; Angies List, Home advisor, & BBB. Also, you get what you pay for. Neil came an hour earlier then expected, called to ask if it was okay to do that, & had all the parts on the truck, just like they said. It took him about 2 hours and Neil took the time to clean my door before he left. I will call them in a heart beat for any and all of my garage door needs. The warranty is unbeatable.

I saw in the yellow pages your ad that you would do same day service. When I called in the morning I was told tech would be at my home between 3 and 5. The tech called and stated he was on way before 3. After telling .me price for springs, and other parts, he explained your package of replacing all parts and guarantee for life of replacement parts, I chose the plan. The tech was done in about an 1 1/2 hours. He was professional, friendly and thorough. I can't say how pleased I was with the tech and your company. I had originally called Allied who installed the door when I had the house built. I was told they could not come for a week to repair door. I couldn't believe that considering I could not open door to get car out, I would have to wait a week. Your company will be getting business, because I intend to let everyone in my development know how Allied stands on service and how great your company is.

Ty was the technician that came to our house. In a very short time he had diagnosed our problem and had two options for us. We decided to go with the more expensive repair that included springs, new rollers, bearings, Master Lift garage door opener. After we agreed on what work was to be done, Ty had the job completed with new opener installed and programmed in my car in about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Ty was very professional and it was clear to me from start to finish that he was the right Man for the job. This man knows the business he is in and should be considered an asset to the company.
