I have used Precision Garage Door Service for years because they always do a Fantastic job. Today I had service and the Technician Jeff did an awesome job - He took his time and made sure everything was working in tip top shape! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything - that kind of service is hard to find????????

I was new to the area 8 years ago and just happened on Precision. Haven't had a problem since then. That's a long time without problems and reflects highly on your work and quality of product. I can't remember his name but I've always remembered how nice the gentleman was when he came to install. Shane was equally nice, informative in a way I could understand and fixed the problems in 20 minutes. A six star recommendation for sure!

I used Precision when I lived in Vero Beach in Eagle Trace and my garage door would not go down. I used you again since I moved here last year because the remote control from the previous owner stopped working and I was given the one I have right now. The Technician was showing me various things about the garage door, screws and so forth but my question to him was that, if it was the door why does the pad in the garage doesn't have a problem opening and closing the garage, it must be the remote control. He stated, true, he opened the remote control garage opener and said let me put one of my batteries in, I told him that was a new battery but come to find it, it was the wrong battery, because it was smaller and thinner then what the Technician battery were. As soon as he put his battery in, the garage door worked. Sure enough, his battery was a 2032 thicker and a little bigger then the battery I had in there. I found out that it was a watch battery. At any rate, I thank God for your service that I can call on you at anytime. Thank you
