We just moved into our new home and needed an automatic door opener . I called first thing in the morning and a tech was at my home within the next few hours . Our tech, Jessie was amazing, he took the time to go over everything and was finished with the install in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend Precision for their services

Made an appointment via chat Sunday evening and a tech was here by 10am Monday morning. Emergency Sunday night service, though offered, wasn't needed. As promised, Jesse called about 20 minutes out and arrived promptly. Let me just say that Jesse is an outstanding representative of the company and knows the value and meaning of Customer Service. Precision was my first call after using them about 6 years ago and I'll be calling them again when needed.

Tech, Dude with CoviD Beard and long hair...was awesome ???? glad he is my neighbor and I pray for his wife's health. Keep him in Hernando County. I am sure he high grossed me but dang....I skeered of big springs. Truthfully, service was awesome and a little more costly than I expected but worth it.

Repair man was very courteous and professional, however he said he did not know how to fix the opener and could not get parts for Liftmaster. He recommends a new opener for $800+. This house is three years old.I was expecting a repair!

I would not recommend your company, the tech you sent was in such a hurry , he said it would cost $1490.00 to make repairs or gave a price of $1600.00 to replace. Had a local company come out fixed the door for less than $100.00 this a. m, Sincerely, Danny Bradley
