service was awsome. The installation was awsome. Tech was very polite and did a great job explaining everything. Only thing I would recommend is for them to have a broom and dust pan or a shop vac so they can clean up saw dust or anything that needs cleaned up.. otherwise great job.

I'm amazed. I haven't see this level of customer service in a long time. I scheduled an installation of a new garage door for the following week. The current door was not broken, just old, so I wasn't in a hurry for the installation. Then, out of the blue, the door broke and could not be closed. I called Precision and they sent someone out that day to secure the door closed for my security, then moved the installation of the new door to the next day, instead of the next week. The installer did a fantastic job on the new door in a professional and safe manner. I am very impressed and grateful. Thank you Precision.
