Received next-day service, despite my problem was not an emergency. Needed several new parts for garage door, including spring, rollers, cables. (Could only list one item on the drop down menu provided). Service technician explained reason behind all repairs/replacement parts, plus budget options for parts, dependent on how much the door is used. All work was completed in timely manner, technician was very professional and pleasant, and garage was left clean and tidy after work was completed. I will definitely contact Precision again for any garage door issues, and recommend them to others, and I have scheduled Precision services in the future for occasional inspection and maintenance visits to avoid potential problems.

Called Precision in the morning and they were there the same day. Their tech, Jimmy Johnson showed and quickly identified and explained the cause of the problems with my opener. Told me what needed to be done and proceeded to quickly install a new opener springs and fully adjust and lube the system. He then helped program both my cars and the keypad too.
