Our garage door opener was the original one when our home was built in 1991 and quit working. I called Precision Doors and made an appointment for the same day. The service representative they sent was Chris Pinnegar. Chris is an Air Force Veteran and a very dedicated and knowledgeable employee that instantly knew that my garage door opener was almost 30 years old and could not be repaired. I very much enjoyed having Chris here to do the repairs and am very grateful that Precision Door values their employees the way that Chris spoke of the company. It is great to see a company creating a work environment that provides their employees with support and has built a company of dedicated employees with low employee turnover. I want to say a very sincere Thank You to Chris Pinnegar for his service to our country, Precision Doors is fortunate to have him representing the company!!! THANK YOU FOR A GREAT JOB!!!

Great Service and very well informed technician Noah Geer. Noah called ahead When he was on his way, once Noah arrived he accessed the situation and gave me two price quotes to repair the garage door . Once he got the go ahead from me, he replaced the springs and the belt drive. Had everything up and running in no time at all. Went over what he did and explained it all. Noah is very knowledgeable , polite, hard worker, and very through!!! Will definitely recommend to family and friends !!!! Thanks Noah !!!!

The rep Precision sent was possibly the best we have been sent -- from ANY company. Griffin was friendly, polite, and quickly fixed the issue with our door, which was closing with a gap at the top due to the installers using our old bolts and nuts instead of using new ones. Griffin easily found the problem and fixed it. He is the kind of employee every company should hire because people like Griffin reflect on their company in such a positive way.
