James came to the house. He inspected the garage door and quickly identified the problem. It was a minor issue.........a bolt in the center lift arm came apart. He screwed the bolt back in place. James was a nice guy and spent about 5 minutes. In the past I used Overhead Garage Doors but I was so extremely happy with Precision that I will never go back to Overhead. Thanks James!!! You were a good guy and did a professional job.

I have used Precision Door Repair for 3 decades in 3 different homes and only 3 times. I have found that the technicians know what they are doing and correct the problem in 1 visit. Having heard an unusual noise when the garage door opened I got nervous something was about to break. I called Precision on a Monday and was able to get someone over to my home on the same day to evaluate the problem. Husband thinks its always in my head. Turned out the springs needed tightening. I had purchased their top of the line springs which remained under warranty and adjusted for free. Great business model, great staff.
