I called with a broken garage door that needed new springs. They cam right out to diagnose the problem, ordered the parts and came back a few days later to install. Sonny and Palaez were very prompt and got the fix done quickly. They are very good at communicating and scheduling and keep you informed so you know when to expect them. The technician, Carlos, was punctual, reviewed the situation and explained clearly what needed to be done, and did the work in a very professional manner. He showed me afterwards exactly what he had replaced and had me open and close the doors. I couldn't be more pleased with his work.

The technicians were on time,courteous,and professional. They worked diligently, cleaned up after job was done and explained everything to me. My only disappointment is they were unable to program the garage doors to my 2 vehicles. I'm still trying to figure out how to do that.

My garage sensors had to be replaced. I have bought the part which was used and still had to pay 200$ for it. Service was great, however I think it’s totally overpriced as this job will take 15 mins to do. I had in the past someone coming to my old location in NY and charged MUCH less for the same job!

I have not received the drawings for 10 days after I paid the 50% deposit. Called the office and that got me nowhere. No-one has called me back. Not sure where we are but I'm not happy I liked the sales man. he followed up. I can't find him anymore and they have $5000.

I was very impressed with Precision Door Service and with our technician Leo. Leo showed up within 24 hours of me calling and walked us through what the issue was. He gave us options, did a thorough inspection and ultimately fixed our garage door. I appreciated he wore gloves and a mask the entire time. Jared Wentzel was very good. Arrived within the allotted time slot, checked out the problem - blown control card - informed me that he would have to order it since it was an older model which they did not carry spares for. Came back with it a few days later and promptly installed it and everything worked fine. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and shared some experiences of other jobs.
