I was assuming this was a local company when I initiated the call for upgrade/service. We had used them in the past and assuming it was a local company we chose them again, apparently they are more widespread in service area. We had excellent service from the technician dispatched and are happy with our new system at this point one day post installation.

Daniel Mesenhelter made my garage door and was late already about 9:15 pm, because that is my availability that day. When he arrived he was very respectful and professional. He know the problem and the best possible solution to my garage door problem. I was on my 4 th meeting that day and very busy , and Danny repaired my door with honesty and made sure that he covers all the need of that door. I am very happy and satisfied with his work. I chose Precision because they had installed the power unit to open my garage door. I wanted a check-up to be sure all was well with the system. I responded due to the post card I received for a "Tune Up". I suspected the springs might need replacement. Sergio Molina was the service representative who came. He was very knowledgeable and explained that after his inspection new springs were needed. I concurred and so he installed the springs. He answered any question I had and was very helpful and courteous. Five stars for him!!!

I was pleasantly surprised when told a technician would be out that very day. He even came early! Eddie Montoya was professional and friendly, and he got the job done quickly.

Tyson replaced our door torsion spring system and was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and patient in relaying the information. His workmanship was excellent. All of the before mentioned applies to Josh who came the next day or so to install our door opener motor. The reason for the 3 star rating was because those two guys were so wonderful. I would have downgraded all te way to a 1 star or 2 star were it not for their exceptional work. My problem, and what left such an awful taste in my mouth occurred when I inquired as to having a technician connect our remote control and two cars to the opener. I was told that that would be supplied at an extra cost. Now after paying more for just the spring system than I could've got a whole new door, springs, and opener for, AND then paying exactly twice what I could've paid for the same make of opener (and installation) that you installed, I was/am appalled that charging us extra for a service that should be included at this price point was going to be charged for! Tyson Clawson performed his job very well. His work and manner was good. The price for the springs seemed extremely expensive. $200.00 per spring. Tyson said it was competitive with what other would charge. I usually get a couple of bids,but didn't this time. Today, I checked Home Depot--comparable, non coated springs--less than $50.00. He had one issue, the door does not travel with consistent resistance through the travel range. He may need to come back if it doesn't improve with some use. I felt the price to replace four springs seemed "a bit much".
