Garrett called me a 1/2 hour before our scheduled time and he arrived right on time. After a swift review and price proposal, he efficiently made the needed repairs. Garrett also answered several questions I had regarding our current unit. And while he could have tried to up-sell me he did not although he let me know that Precision could help me with any future need.

I called for a qoute for a 1 broken spring. Qoute is $225.00 to replacement include labor and parts. Tech came as scheduled and told me that i need to replace 2 spring and 3 bearing on 2 car garage door, total cost $995.00 include labor and parts. Thats why i give only 4 star because i don't know if thats a good price or to much. The Tech is polite and knowledgeable of his job. I will use them again but next time i will shop around first.

Your technician, Jonathon, was prompt & efficient. I explained our dilemma & he completed a thorough trouble shooting. However, within 3 hrs post his departure, the malfunction occurred again. I am leaving town for several weeks & must have this remedied prior to my departure on Tues., 11/7. I rate Johnston a 5 star, but not the end result not to mention my $99 expense. HELP! asap.
