I called Precision Garage Door in the morning and Tech Andrey Brodskiy came out the same day and installed a complete Lift Master Belt driven Garage Door opener system! He did a fantastic job! Our spring broke on our garage door. We remembered Precision from commercials on TV. We called precision they sent Andrey Brodskly, he arrived within the hour and finished well within an hour. He had all the parts that were needed to fix the problem, we didn't have to wait (awesome!) Andrey was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what the problem was, how he would fix it and how much it would cost. He was not trying to sell us parts we didn't need. He was very honest and answered all our questions. We weighed the odds and replaced both springs, bearing and drums. If anything else should fail we will definitely call Precision. Thank you for the great service.

Our garage door was left in the down position when the lift arm separated from the plate on the door. We called Precision and they had a service person, Nick Schwinger, out to repair it in a few hours. He repaired the break, serviced the door hinges and rollers and we were back in business in no time. We are very impressed with the prompt response from Precision to our problem. Nick was friendly, very competent and we are completely satisfied with his work.

Having trouble with my garage door closing. Was talking to my neighbor about it and she recommended calling Precision. We called Precision for a cable that broke from our garage door leaving our cars stuck in the garage. Our technician, Antonio was very professional, knowledgeable and provided great customer service. We chose Precision Garage Door as our neighbor had just used them and had a good experience. The scheduler got us booked for a morning appointment a couple days after I called. Ours was not an emergency but if it had been they offered to have someone out the afternoon I called. I didn't want a technician to have to work in our south facing garage in 100+ temps so I asked for a morning appointment. Patrick Leahy communicated by text when he was on his way which was helpful. Patrick was exceptional at troubleshooting our issue (creaking sounds when the door lifted) and explained what the problem waw and how he knew what it was. Patrick was thorough and commicated in layman's language about the problem and chose to "prove" the issue to us by showing us the wear on the parts. He even explained to us how to change the rollers by ourselves so we could save some money. All in all an excellent experience.
