Once again, outstanding service and timely response. Kevin arrived, quickly determined the issues and what was required. He returned on Monday, Memorial Day (!), to complete the repairs and with his partner Eddy were able to do major repairs to our garage door. We've been using Precision Door Service for over 12 yrs and have had nothing but professional and responsive service.

Precision came out for a garage door tune-up. The tech (Noah) was professional. He recommended that the springs on my door be replaced as he indicated that they were quite worn. He gave me a verbal quote. I informed him that i needed to think about whether to proceed. There was no pressure to buy. He simply indicated that they would be there when i am ready to move forward. I appreciated the clear and straightforward process. My only "complaint" if you can call it that, is that while i received several emails about the service and a receipt within an hour, I have not yet received the quote for the repair. My assumption is that it will be sent within 24 hours which is totally acceptable.

I cannot be more pleased with Precision! Everything was perfect! Woke up on Sunday morning, opened the garage door and BAM!, the spring broke. I did not have much time to call around and do some vetting for a reputable garage door service provider, so I called Precsion. I see and hear their commercial on TV every day. And, what they say is true "A name you can trust". First, called at 7:00 am and I was immediately helped. They scheduled the service btwn 2:30-6:30. I received a text confirming everything. Received a call from Sergio just before 3:00, said he would arrive in 20 mins. Arrived on time, and not only did he assess our problem, but thoroughly assessed our entire garage door system, including the opener. He then showed his recommendations, which were in order of importance, all the way up to servicing everything. All of the pricing was reasonable. Once I approved the service I selected, he went about to complete it; which was also done in a timely manner. After he was done, he noticed a problem with my door. While it was not his job to fix it, he helped me with coming up with a fix and then made sure that everything was working before he left. Sergio, your customer service skills are top-notch. I am a customer service manager for a multi-billion dollar company, and I would hire you in a second. Thank you!

OUT OF SEVERAL PLACES I CONTACTED PRECISION WERE THE ONLY ONE TO COME OUT THE SAME DAY TO LOOK AT THE ISSUE I WAS HAVING WITH MY GARAGE DOOR. Precision is well named! They were precise in delivery of all services, from on site estimate through installation. Kevin came out quickly and provided a professionally delivered estimate. Patrick followed up with expeditious measurement and installation details, returning to install the door. Olga coordinated all the moving parts of navigating the complex ordering, delivery and installation details, in this semi-post-covid delay era. Brandon assisted Patrick with final installation details. This entire staff/crew was personable, efficient, compassionate, and professional. I have already recommended them to neighbors. Setting up the appointment was easy. They were available that same day, but I booked for the following day. They booked me for an 8-12 time slot and Eric was here a little after 8:00 am. He called and let me know he was on his way as well. He did an inspection of our garage door, gave me the options, and then completed the entire job in about an hour! He was courteous and knowledgeable.
