Very prompt & Professional. Eric came out earlier than the actual time which was great, & he quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage not wanting to shut all the way & it was random when it worked over the weekend so we didn't want to push it with finally breaking & we rely on our garage door everyday & need it to work. He was able to fix the problem quickly & ended up replacing the rollers since our old ones the bearing had gone. Also he lubed & tuned our garage so it's working better now. Thank you so much.

If I could give you a no star review I would. Your service guys yesterday tried to sell me when he got there. Then he said the door is crashed and could not be replaced. He then tried to sell me a new door. I told him I would get a second opinion. I can now tell that your techs work on a commission base. Because I got someone else to come out and repair the door in 30 min. and only charged me $100 to make the repairs I would never recommend your company to anyone due too the fact you are not trust worthy. The first thing in service is to do what ever you can for a customer to make the repair. If my guys that work for me walked away from a sale I would be pissed. Maybe you should thing about retraining your guys to never walk away from a job even if is $100.

Came home from the Airport and could the keypad remote was not working. The power may have gone out and caused the signal not to work. I am not really sure. I tried reprograming it but it would not work. Call service and the technician came pretty soon after. The technician helped me with my remote keypad that seemed like it was able to change code. It was simply taking the battery out of the remote and put it back in. That did the trick. Thanks for the help

Great guy, very polite, informative, and performed installation of new motor that was needed as old one was 20 years old and had died. Came same day as called which I needed as garage door would not open for me. Older lady but someone may have gotten it open so I was without car. Highly recommend

Rudy Romero, our installer, was exceptional. He explained everything thoroughly to our satisfaction and helped us understand the wear that we needed to address. He replaced the the set of torsion springs we originally expected to address and showed us the poor condition of the rod and bearings. He found everything else to be in good working condition. We are happy he did a complete inspection and evaluation. The garage door operates like new thanks to Rudy and good skills. He is a pro!

$350 for less than 1/2 hr. work is totally unfair and I think Precision garage doors took advantage of me. Yes...my door broke suddenly and yes...the technician was prompt and courteous but the charge for re-spooling the cable onto the spools and re-tensioning the spring was outrageous and I will not forget it. If I receive at least $100 refund, then I will amend this review, but for now I am very dissatisfied and I will forgo your company in the future.

I did receive a $100 refund which made this charge much more realistic. Don't get me wrong, I realize that this is a specialty service with trained personnel who use specialty tools. This also can be dangerous work for homeowners and I realize that companies that do this work and the technicians that perform the work are worth being fairly paid. My gripe was the total for this job which I thought was unfair considering the work performed. But now with the refund, the total was brought down to $250 which I think is still slightly high but certainly more so in the ballpark. I've talked to 2 independent garage door companies since, and they quoted me a price of $179 for the work described. Again though, I appreciate the price adjustment and I am satisfied with the process. Thank you.
