Precision has been servicing my garage door for many years. Great service, always on time and thorough! Eric came today and did normal maintenance, checking all the parts. Eric advised that he place a battery next to the motor - now required by law since 2019 - so that if I lose power, the battery will allow me to enter and exit the garage. Really appreciate Eric's work!

Call for an appointment Friday afternoon, Eric Steven’s arrives on Saturday at 8:30am, diagnoses the problem, offers three different solutions, and completed a repair by 9:30am. What happened in your commercial happened to my garage last Sunday. Your team was so helpful from the first call to Nate coming and fixing it up like MAGIC. Everything happened like clock works: 1. Daniel called ahead of the appointment for the heads-up 2. Daniel arrived on-time 3. Daniel explained the work and the safety procedures in light of COVID 4. Daniel worked through the repair after understanding the issue 5. Daniel finally figure out what went wrong through process of elimination 6. Repair completed with little fuzz and everything was restored as new 7. Safety inspection and maintenance carried out 8. review the repair work and complete the transaction professionally It was a great experience. The discovery of the issue took a bit of time but Daniel carried out the process patiently and one by one he was able to eliminate the suspects and eventually zeroed in on the problem. All the while Daniel was courteous, cheerful (despite a long day), and professional. Excellent work and I will recommend Daniel again and again thank you Precision Door and Daniel!!!

Original estimate over the phone was $149 to replace the garage door spring but the technician was trying to sell me 'powder coated' springs for about $1000...what a joke. It's really offensive when they try to do this. The technician did show up on time, so that's a plus. Unfortunately, I was put off by the up-selling, so I refused the service all together.

Zach Martin was at all times very professional, knowledgeable about how best to fix the metal pull-up garage door, and did not try to sell additional features to me when he felt that the replacement was not necessary. He arrived at the jobsite on time and completed the work quickly and without unnecessary delays. Based on his performance, I would definitely call Precision for future jobs.

The cables snapped on our door, my care was trapped. Our door hardware was builder grade and lasted almost 9-years, not too bad. The new hardware runs the door so much smoother and quieter. The technician was so friendly and worked quickly and there was no mess. Thank you!

I think I got overcharged big time! They charged me over $700.00 to replace Two springs and install them. I looked online later and found out that it should have cost between $200 to $300 for this work. I’m not happy now!
