Exceeded my expectations. Raul is very professional, knowledgeable, and customer service-oriented. I was very pleased with his presentation of opinions I needed to “tune-up” the door after many years of use. No pressure for any particular option just facts on what each option made to the garage door for long-term use. I will recommend this company to anyone. I will strongly recommend you have Raul do the job.

Precision did a good job getting someone to get to my house right away for an estimate. Upon arrival the technician was very arrogant and condescending. He insisted on selling me services that I didn't need for prices that were exorbitant. If you are in the market for garage door repair and have a burning desire to overpay an inexperienced technician posing as an expert then Precision is right for you.

I need some work done on my garage door. I saw the commercial on TV. I called at 0630 they answered and set up an appointment in the afternoon. I was contacted by Daniel Misenhelter. He let me know he was on the way and would be at my place in 25 minutes. He was early and introduced himself. That was unexpected and pleasant as I’m a senior. Daniel checked the issue with my door and gave me a no pressure option to work with. He did the work and it was a fantastic job. He then explained all he did and pointed out the new parts. Great job Daniel

I had a tune up after 1 year. The doors work great and your service people know their stuff. My only concern that could be improved is when my doors were first installed they were lubed with a gold color product that leaks on the hinges and looks terrible. I asked the tec today if he could clean it and he said no. He didn’t have rags or anything to clean it. He said you now use a different lubricant that doesn’t stain. As a service, especially during a tune up, you hope you would make the door look as good as possible, as the tune up without any problems only took about 15 minutes. Something to think about to make a good service even better.
