Not happy and rating a 1, because the keypad I had installed doesn't work consistently. Neither does the remote control. I've called to have this fixed - one time someone came out and said there was nothing wrong with the keypad. Again I tried to use it, and it wasn't working and I scheduled to have someone come over the weekend to fix it. I waited 2 hours past the scheduled time and got a call saying the tech was running late. The remote and keypad don't work and I can't get someone to call me back.

Since there is no million star rating, I'll settle for five. I could not be more pleased with the service and work provided. Same day, professional and lightening fast! Shout out to Rudy for noticing other issues with our door system besides the broken spring (cables and rollers were worn out) and offering to replace. I did not feel like I was being upsold, I felt like Rudy cared about ensuring our door and opener would not have more issues in the near future. With a five year warranty, how could I go wrong? I've saved PGD in my contacts. From this day forward, the only call I'll make for any future garage door issues is to this terrifically professional company! Thank you Rudy and Precision Garage Door!

Second time using these guys. Got a spring from them 5 years ago, and it broke sooner than the original one that came with the house. I called them to come out to replace it. When the tech came out, he wanted to replace both springs saying that the second was going to break in a few days. Strange how he could predict that since it outlasted their own spring of 5 years. When I said no, he tried to sell me a lubrication and screw tightening service that I also refused. I was beginning to feel like he was trying to over sell me needless things and so I asked him just to help me lift the garage door open so I could at least get my car out. He refused to even do that saying the door was too heavy without working springs. Total jerk. The second company I called, the service tech lifted it open by himself, just asking me to push the garage door opener just as he was lifting, and replaced the spring without trying to sell me anything else. will never call these guys again...
