I am so very disappointed with Precision. Why? Because when I scheduled my home visit I provided that what needed repair was my Sears Craftsman1/2 H.P. and when the repair tec arrived he said that Precision did not do repairs and he suggested that I replace it with a company model. Again, why schedule a visit for a garage door opener that Precision has no parts for. What a scam! I had to pay for a visit for something that Precision could not repair and was very willing to replace with a Precision stock item. NO SERVICE WAS DONE I did the repair by only replacing the missing chain link. If you are wondering why waited this long to reply it was because if my experience with Precision was so very bad what would Precision Customer Service do. What a scam. NO REPAIR SERVICE WAS DONE. They visited three times to discuss products, the proposal and to take measurements for a proper installation. My Precision service technician was Armando Bacca, and when I explained my issues to Armando he provided me service options and a through explanation how this would solve each of my issues. After he provided me explanations with options then he was able to provide me with same day service to solve each of my issues. I am very satisfied with the service offered by Precision.
