technican arrived 1/2 hour late from the time he gave when he called. Then did not have the correct number of springs although when appointment made I said 4 were needed. Left to get another spring and didn't come back. Now says it will be another 2 hours before he can come back - total of 5+ hours?????? Manager won't take my call.

This company answered and gave us a quick appointment when our automatic garage door unexpectedly went out. Nathan and Marcos arrived on time and were very professional and helpful. What an absolutely horrid experience. Some, SOME, could be explained by the pandemic and supply constraints but much does not. Communication is abysmal. The three months from order and install required me to call for updates. The additional 3 months after some parts came in damaged or missing also required frequent emails initiated by me to get any update. Even when I emailed and saw the email get forward to another department, that department didn’t respond to the emails. A missing part was never communicated to the second install crew and they had to have the part delivered to the site for install by another crew. Your company’s communication is pathetic. Your install crews are awesome, professional, courteous, and do an amazing job. The shipping times, wait times, communication, handling of shipped items, checking all parts prior to loading on the truck for install are all lacking and need improvement. As it is now, I would never recommend your company.

These guys came over , and without explaining anything or getting consent. Replaced a part and wanted to charge 995$. When we asked about the price of the part they refused to provide transparency . When we contacted their office they simply said the part doesn’t cost as much but its hard to find. Unprofessional . Not transparent and opportunistic with predatory policies . Would not use them again .

One more happy customer! I had a great experience with Bryce today and wanted to share it. The last company that came out did a bare minimum repair and took zero time to help me understand the issues. Bryce was different. He explained the quote in detail, why he was making the suggestion he was making, and in helping me understand the work he was doing and why it was necessary. This is excellent customer service. I cannot say enough about the quality of work done by Bryce or his customer service.
