Good product. Fair price. The installer did a professional good job and was friendly. But he forgot the final trim strips that go around the door opening and seal the edges of the door. It wasn't clear if he was going to return and install those or not. I am pretty handy. Since I paid for them, I wouldn't mind if you could just ship them to me and I'd be happy to just install them myself. Overall, good experience and I would recommend you. Dan Kreigh

Very pricey. Only spent about 15 minutes. No new parts were use. The bill was over $400.00 his service was very good. But that bill. WOW.

It was a repair and annual service. They were prompt, got it serviced and was finished. They originally put in a new garage door open and we have been really happy with it.

We moved into a new house and had new openers installed. The installer did not have any springs on his truck so he wasn’t able to change them. I called Precision Doors based upon their seeming good reputation. They were able to come out in three days. I was at work and my wife was the only person at home. After the technician inspected the doors, he told my wife that basically everything was bad. She called me and the technician said the rollers were shaped like stop signs, the springs were bad, the end bearings were wearing the torsion tubes....everything. I asked him several times if everything needed to be replaced and he told me yes as all of those parts were worn. The repair was over $1,000, but he said it needed to be done. I demanded that the old parts be left behind. Upon my return home, I discovered a pile of parts that looked brand new! The rollers were round, spun with ease, and had no play. The same went for all of the other parts. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL! I feel he took advantage of my wife and my absence. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB!

When I called for the appointment, I asked the person on the phone how much it would be or even an estimate. She expressed until the technician found the issue, she could not give me a price. We had a couple of hiccups on time but once the gentleman came he did an amazing job. He was fast and efficient! I am pleased on how fast he was able to complete everything but extremely disappointed with the price. He gets ?????????? And the price gets ??.

We have had two separate issues with our 16 year old door assembly. I had the first technician replace the springs and rollers. Which made the difference in sound. The second technician replaced the door opener due to a bad logic board. Now the garage door is as quiet as my wife’s hybrid car. Thank you Precision Door Company

Zodiac was very polite and professional. He quickly assessed my garage door opener and we agreed it needed to be replaced. He quickly and efficiently replaced and set up a new garage door opener. Whole interaction took just under 2 hours and I'm very happy with my garage door opener, much quieter, and the 10 year warranty.

Enrique did not even attempt to troubleshoot my garage door opener. Apparently he is not trained to fix openers. Just wanted to sell me a new one at two and a half tmes the going price for a new one. This is scandalous!!! After he left, i hired a professional garage door repairman, who easily fixed the opener.
