It was very eat to schedule an appointment day and time on their website. I needed same day service and this was available. The mechanic called to ask if he could arrive early and was at my house in the exact time frame he stated. He was polite and professional. After diagnosing the problem the motor had stopped working and the gears were stripped. The opener we had was old and no longer being manufactured so no parts were available to repair the motor. I was given 2 different options replace the item and optional items if I wanted those replaced but were not necessary. He gave me a price quote that was fair and then he got straight to work. Once finished I was shown how everything worked. Everything took about an hour or so. I’m very pleased with the customer service, work, and price.

They promptly sent a technician to check it out. He worked on it a considerable length of time until he had corrected the problem and had the door operating properly. Wow!! 100% satisfied customer!! Hunter came promptly , even early, to diagnose our door issue on Friday. He was polite and courteous . Being the door was installed 20 years ago we opted to replace the door instead of patch. Then on Monday John and Justyn arrived professionally setting out to remove and replace our door. Extra good employees, cleaned up behind themselves and very respectful in their dealings with me. Very reasonable price on parts and labor.
