Nick and Andres performance a fantastic installation on my house! It’s an old house were everything is not squared or level and they managed with ease. I couldn’t be happier with the work done.

I chose Precision Door out of sheer on the spot necessity. My garage door opener stopped working on a Saturday. They were able to schedule me and send somebody out that same day. Kenny was very courteous and professional. Very easy to work with and very informative. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Called at 7pm the night the door broke. They had a technician there the next morning at 10am. He looked over the situation checked to make sure he had all parts on truck which he did gave me the estimate and two hours later the job was completed. The technicians name was Jackson very knowledgeable about what needed to be done.

When your garage door breaks at 8pm and it's fixed within 24hrs that is awesome. Lori arrived at 1pm and was done with replacing two springs and fixing out modeling at the bottom of the door within 45 mins. She was super professional, funny, and friendly. We can't thank you enough for the work that was done.

We had two new garage door openers installed. Our technician, Fisher, was professional, polite, informative of product installed I would definitely recommend this company.

The gentleman called us 15 to 20 minutes before he showed up when he showed up he rang the doorbell introduced his self told us what he was here to do and asked permission to start. Then we didn’t seem for very long time because he was working. When he came up to the house, he informed us that was a piece missing And once we got it, we could call him and schedule for him to come out and finish the doors. When I told him I was a veteran, he corrected the bill with a discount. It just was overall very pleasant, young man and productive.

Anthony was very knowledgeable and conscientious of his work. He changed out my out dated garage door opener and replaced the existing springs. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door company to do anything related to garage doors. Thanks for everything.

Brian Hauser came to my house to repair my garage door cable. My appt was scheduled 10 - 12, Brian had an opening in his schedule and called me to see if I would be available earlier. That never happens! Brian explained that my broken cable was causing other parts of my opener to do double duty and that everything was on the older side. Brian gave me 3 options to choose from. Since the cost from option 1 to option 3 was minimal I chose the overall update. Brian explained everything he would do thoroughly and answered my questions. He did the work in about 2 hours and then showed me how to work it all. My garage door now opens so quietly and smoothly and the light on the motor is so bright. Precision Door lived up to their name and Brian was knowledgeable and very polite. I would certainly recommend Precision Door and Brian Hauser to anyone. I truly appreciate the professionalism of the company, customer service and the technician. Thank you!

After my garage door torsion spring broke late in the evening, I researched the internet and decided to call Precision Garage Door based on their great reviews. Jamal arrived early the next morning, was very personable and professional, and the repairs were done with efficiency and quality work.

The technician was ahead schedule and arrived promptly and fixed the problem expeditiously. He definitely knew his stuff and explained everything in detail. He also inspected other items and made the necessary adjustments. Great job!

We lost one of our motors as a result of a neighborhood lightning strike - called Precision Garage Door based upon a recommendation by one of our neighbors. Dylan, the technician who came out for the service, was professional, efficient, and courteous. He explained all our options in full detail making our decision easy as well as leaving us well informed in case we needed additional service or had questions or concerns in the future. Marvin our technician was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Was able to get scheduled appointment on short notice. Will use the guys again in the future.

Excellent service! We have had our new door for almost a year. We had a minor problem yesterday with it closing and it was fixed by 9:00am today. We are very happy with our insulated door, quality employees and quick response.

My reason for using Precision was to stop the water from coming inside my garage from the lower sides of my garage doors which two other companies have not corrected. I went on 'ask Dave ' and this company was listed. so I am waiting on the next rain to decide if that problem has been corrected. as far as the work done I am completely satisfied because it was long overdue. I didn't understand this company not accepting cashiers checks as payments.

I had great customer service with Dominique Ramos. He was very professional and very kind. He walked me through the process of changing my rollers and cables. I had only one spring installed on top of my garage door and that had broke and when technician came to the house said he can not just replace 1 spring he have to install 2 spring which cost double the money . I don’t think that was right on his part .

Very disappointing. The service representative did little to troubleshoot my garage door opener problem. In fact he went on to tell me the opener was shot and that I needed to go up from a 1/2 horsepower to a 3/4 horsepower motor (hogwash). He went on to say the garage door needed to be replaced. I didn’t take the bait. I called another garage door company. Their service rep took one look at my door and knew exactly what was wrong. He had the opener running properly in one minute. I’ll never dial up Precision Door again. The rep tried to totally rip me off at the tune of $5,000.

I’ve recommended this company to many people interested in new garage doors and garage screens. Very Friendly and respectable. Bryan is very cool.

Excellent same day service. at our main spring break on me this morning called them late morning. They had someone at my house by the early afternoon. They fixed the spring, and a few other things and now my garage door works perfect. I couldn’t be happier.

I received an appointment the same day I called which was very pleasantly surprising. Cory was very helpful and informative. She did an adjustment to temporarily fix the problem until the new door arrives.

Precision responded very quickly when our very old garage door opener died and we couldn’t close our garage door. They sent Josh V. to us just a few hours after I called and he did a wonderful job assessing and fixing the problem. We got a brand new opener the same day. Josh really knows his stuff; he even made some repairs our garage door needed that he could have ignored and left as is. He was very helpful, personable, and professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. Our new opener is wonderful and our door no longer screeches when it opens, thanks to Josh. We decided on Precision after receiving (3) estimates from local vendors who install impact resistant garage doors. We received the name, photo and estimated time of arrival immediately upon agreement to hire Precision. Our technician was Jason. He was professional, on-time and very courteous. He got right to work and was done in less than (2) hours. The job site was cleaned and ready for our use upon completion. He provided an overview of our door maintenance plan and he left. The door looks fantastic!!! I would recommend Precision Garage Door be considered if you are considering replacing or installing a new garage door.

The man who came to fix my garage was wonderful. He explained to me what the issue was, what part was malfunctioning, and fixed it for me. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the issue with my garage door. Before he left he also explained to me things I could do to prevent further damage to any parts pertaining to my garage door in the future.

We became acquainted with Precision Door three years ago when they serviced the garage doors on a house we had just purchased. They installed new garage door openers. This time a door was jerking. After checking the doors, the tech gave us several options, we decided to replace all the major moving parts on the garage door systems. We also have a garage door leading to the basement. The tech checked it out and recommended new rollers to reduce the noise. So yes, to all the questions above. PD met our expectations. A trained professional made a thorough inspection of the doors and gave us recommendations on how to deal with the issues. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about garage door operations. (BTW Your drop down menu for purchases doesn't allow one to check all the purchased items.)

I backed into my garage door as it was opening, however wasn't all the way up so unfortunately I ran into the door with my vehicle. Stupid stupid - an expensive mistake. I called Precision and Josh came, we discussed what he would be able to do (without replacing entire door), plus I decided to get rollers replaced and some hinges too. Josh completed all work in a timely, courteous and professional manner.

Joshua Walker was fabulous. I had Neighbors originally tell me that I needed to replace the entire garage door. Imagine how happy I was when Mr. Walker explained that all I needed was a new reinforcement bracket and a general maintenance. In addition, he encouraged me to use the garage door lubrication that I have purchased every six months before summer and before winter to help keep the garage door lubricated and in good working condition. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. This is my second experience with Precision.
