Was very disappointed with the service. The reps were very good and the installer was good but was told two weeks that I would have a garage installed. That the door was the simplest door I could get cause they already had them at the shop and would be able to get it in fast for me. 2 weeks later I called and was told "next week the door will be in" and that it would still be another week after that they would schedule an install. So a month+ after the initial break finally had a guy install the new door for me. I literally picked one that they said would be in stock without any frills or bells and wistles to get it in faster and both the initial techs and the installation tech said that the door i orderded is one that they always have in stock. The fact that there isnt even a shop number for me to get a hold of my shop and its all a swithboard of "theyll call you back sometime later" without anyone actually having the real information and not even being able to find me in the system. The only reason I gave two stars is because the actual staff at my house was good and pleasant to work with. The staff on the phone was rude and had no idea each time I called, what was going on.

The worse service I have ever received! The person I talked to on phone DID NOT work for company OR did not understand my issue. The repair guy came out. In less than 2 minutes said he could not repair the opener and could install a new one for an unbelievable $649.00!!!!!!! WHAT ARE YOU SMOKING! I then had to pay him $69.95 for absolutely nothing. If the women on the phone would have been honest with me, I could have saved $69.95. I went to Menards, bought a name brand opener AND installed it in LESS than 2 hours! I would have paid up to $300.00 BUT $649.00???!!!!! NO F#*KIN WAY! I will be reporting this to the BBB!

Worked performed today regarding the installation of my new garage door opener. The service technician, Matthew, was very thorough. He diagnosed the problems with the system, made recommendations regarding what should be replaced and conducted the work in a fast and efficient manner. When finished with the installation he programmed both remotes and keypad then explained the warranties . Very conscientious, friendly and professional.

So I called the company Monday night and set up the appointment which was awesome because they came out the next day. I received 3 options to repair the garage door I chose to replace 2 cables and 2 brackets that the cables get attached to. The cost was $425! The repair only took 20 min tops!!! I can believe how expensive this was! This is insane I would never recommend this company again. The installer was nice and all but the pricing is just ridiculous!!!!!

We are very pleased with the work and craftsmanship of our tech Tom. He was meticulous to ensure the garage door was installed correctly. Framing of the garage was off, so Tom had to ensure the sides and top of the frame were aligned properly for the door to operate as engineered. Wood had to be added in different locations of the garage frame. He took the time and effort to accomplish this. Thank you!!!!

We received a coupon in a mailer for a free service call which worked great as we needed a service call. We were very impressed with how quick and informative the service call was handled as it was done within an hour of our calling. Jaydon was great and explained everything that he found to be in need of repair along with fixing our issue from the original request. He did the repairs in a timely manner explained everything he did and left the garage as he found it. We will definitely use Precision again if needed and would highly recommend them.
